No spam. No fluff. Just real ADHD support, once a month.

This Site Is Not Here to Fix You.
Most ADHD advice assumes you’re already organized enough to use a planner, set goals, or “just follow through.” But what if you’re not there yet?
I’m Paul. I’m 51. I’ve lived with ADHD for decades—before it was trendy, before people knew what executive dysfunction was, before I understood why I kept falling on my face while trying to “improve my life.”
This site isn’t full of hacks or high-performer bullshit. It’s for people who’ve hit the wall, bounced off it, and maybe built a little tent beside it because trying again sounds just plain exhausting.
Everything I create—from my book to my newsletter to my blog—is built for real-world ADHD motivation. Not dopamine-chasing. Not toxic positivity. Just tiny wins, honest reflection, and maybe a few well-placed f-bombs.
If you’re tired of self-help that only works when you’re already doing okay, you’re in the right place. This is for the late bloomers, the overthinkers, and the “I know what to do, but I just can’t seem to do it” crowd.
I’m not a coach. I’m not a guru. I’m a guy figuring it out…out loud – and inviting you to do the same.
